Guten Tag,

Petra

I can install your database dump file in my localhost, please try these:
1) Install the latest version of Toolset plugins(especially the Toolset Access plugin) in your website, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access control -> Custom Roles
click "Enable advanced mode" button, and enable the "Enable advanced mode"
click "Change permissions" link of role "Administrator", in tab "Views capabilities", enable option "toolset_edit_views", see my screenshot toolset_edit_views.JPG

3) Then do the normal steps to trash/delete the views/content templates/WordPress Archive/layouts in your website,
For example:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Views, find and trash/delete those specific views, then trash/delete the related content templates
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Layouts, find and edit the specific layouts, click button "Change how this layout is used", uncheck all options, then you can trash/delete the specific layouts
