I am trying to:
Create or modify a post
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Back-office
I expected to see:
The classic WP editor (I'm using Disable Gutenberg plugin as I don't like Gutenberg)
Instead, I got:
The editor is blank.
A request for hidden link returns a 404 error
If I disable PODS or Toolset, the problem disappears.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I couldn't reproduce this on a test website with the Toolset, Pods, and the Disable Gutenberg plugins active. Looks like something else specific to your website is involved as well.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all extra plugins disabled ( i.e. other than Toolset, Pods, and the Disable Gutenberg ) and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how these plugins are set up in the admin area, for further troubleshooting. You're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access. I can see the issue with the editor if Toolset Types is activated.

Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of this website? This will help us investigate this on a different server, without affecting the live website.

Sure, no problem.

Thank you for the permission and I've been running some tests on your website's clone.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the root cause of why the issue appears on your website, but not on a clean test website, so I've shared these findings with the concerned team for further review.

I'll keep you updated through this ticket, as I'll hear back from them. Thank you for your patience.
