I am trying to: Add a post type to a taxonomy

I visited this URL:

I expected to see: A screen with options

Instead, I got: The options were hidden as in the image attached.

I am only experiencing this problem on a new server installation, but on all the sites on that installation.

Hi Ian,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I suspect that this issue is being caused by a plugin conflict.

What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugin and try again.

Please let me know the results of this test.

Thanks,
Shane

That was the first thing I tried. I've also tried disabling themes.

I am using the full set of Toolset plugins on a number of sites in quite complex ways. It only happens on sites on a particular server. Please look into whether there are any server settings that may cause this or if it's a known issue.

I have installed the latest version of types.

On one site I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strtolower() in /home/gridiron/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/library/toolset/types/includes/classes/class.types.admin.page.php on line 744

Hi Ian,

Thanks for trying this.

Would you mind providing me with the debug info on your website?

You can use the instructions in the link below to do this.

Hi Ian,

Thank you for providing me with the debug.

It seems this issue is being caused by the mbstring PHP module not being active.

Could you contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable the mbstring PHP module.

Thanks,
Shane
