I am trying to:
We have been using Bootstrap cards with h-100 classes added for a long time now on pages like hidden link

They always worked well.

But since the last Toolset updates for WP 6.7 compatibility, the images are getting squashed when the columns are wide on a wide screen or when going to a single column for a smaller screen.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
Normal images that crop if needed to fit the space.

Instead, I got:
Vertically squashed images.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

We're getting similar reports after the latest WordPress update to version 6.7:

https://toolset.com/errata/image-block-displays-wrong-image-size-with-wordpress-6-7/

Can you please temporarily downgrade to version 6.6.2 and confirm if the issue happens in there as well?

This will help us identify the next steps.

Thank you, please let us know.
Mateus

This issue started with the update to WordPress 6.7 and the associated updates to the Toolset plugins. I cannot roll the production site back to an earlier WordPress to prove for certain whether WordPress or Toolset's update caused the change but it is very possible that it is WP.

The issue occurs wherever we use a Toolset Image block. It is not limited to cases where the block is in a Toolset container or grid as I originally thought.

I would like to inform you that:

- we just released hotfix version for Toolset Blocks 1.6.18.
- We also released hotfix version for Toolset Access 2.9.2.

This will help you to fix the save/publish/update button misplaced and address the issue with the images size.

You can download it from your account's download page:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Can you please update All Toolset plugins to it's latest official version and I hope this will resolve your issues.

Is the downloadable hotfix different from the update that was just released?

Also, WordPress 6.7.1 was just released and allegedly also fixes this issue. Are your fixes and their fixes compatible with each other.

Hello there,

Yes, it is the same update that got released. You can also download it going to wp-admin > plugins > add new > commercial, in the Toolset section: hidden link

No, the Blocks update won't conflict with the WordPress new version. It is important that you update Blocks too it even though WordPress also released a few patches on their own.
