1. I created new user role
2. Users with this role should be able to add pictures
3. But they should not see my own pictures and pictures other users
My problem is:
I do not understand how to achieve this.
In the first case - they see all the uploaded to the site pictures
In the second case - they do not see all uploaded to the site pictures, but can not upload their own pictures
What checkboxes should I mark to achieve the result I need?

I assume we are talking about the "Media library" in wordpress admin side.
If it is, the "Media" post is a wordpress built-in post type, you can use Access plugin to setup the access to the post type, see our document:
