- i have created a parametric search and some filters don't have data. So, they are not displaying. My client wants these filters with 0 results continue to be shown.
On the image you can see the label "ESCOLAS", but there is no item related to the terms of Escolas, so it doesn't show the filters. We want the filters to be present even if 0 results to show to the user that the options exists.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.
Actually what you can do is to adjust your parametric search settings to reflect my settings in the screenshot .
First you must select "Let me choose individual settings manually" under the custom search settings.
