I do not see errors, or validation messages. I do not see any network activity indicating the form has been submitted successfully. Solution: Ensure that only one CAPTCHA element is present on the current page. There is currently an issue where CRED is unable to process a CAPTCHA when others are present on the page. This issue has been escalated to our developers and may be addressed in a future CRED release.
