Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to generate a pdf document of that order after an order and send it to the buyer and the manager.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I have found a documentation with an external plugin but it is not possible for me to get it right since it is from 2019.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
I don't know of any example of this.

The Toolset plugins don't include any built-in feature to generate PDF files, so you'll need to use some third-party plugin or custom code for this.
