[Resolved] i have time out error when i save may post if toolset is active

This support ticket is created 3 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Thank you for waiting as this investigation took, longer than I initially expected.

I've tested your website's clone on a couple of different servers and faced no difficulty in making changes to the Products post type from WooCommerce.

Also, I just tested making a change to one of the products on your actual website and it was completed successfully too.

Can you please try making changes to a few product posts on your website and let me know if you're still seeing any time-out errors?

Note: When a product is updated, it takes some time to update, as there are a lot of plugins active, but, the operation is completed every time, in my tests.

I'll also recommend contacting your web host to increase the PHP "Max input time" value from "120" to a higher value like "360".
