Troubleshooting for a possible compatibility issue, when these many plugins are involved can be challenging, but in the browser's console, I've seen some errors which suggest that it has something to do with the 'nasa-core' plugin from the active theme and the 'Yoast SEO' plugin.
To troubleshoot this further, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need your permission to download the clone/snapshot of the website. This will help in investigating this on a different server, without affecting the actual website.

I try to disable all plugins one by one ,
When I disable toolset ,problem solved
But when toolset is active we have timeout

Over the weekend, I tried a couple of different plugins to create and download a clone from your website, but due to the large size and your server's configuration, none of those attempts were successful.
Can you please get in touch with your hosting support and get the PHP values for "Upload max filesize" and "PHP post max size" increased to a higher value, for example, "10M"?
