Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I tried to access the website's admin area, but the username and/or password are not getting accepted.

Can you please check the username and password again and also share a link to an example page where this timeout error can be seen?

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi
I open your username by grand access with same information
Tnx

I'm afraid, I'm still getting the incorrect password message.

Can you please use my test email address 'test@waqar.xyz' for this temporary WordPress user account, so that I can reset the password, on my own?

And please make sure that this user has the "administrator" user role.

The new admin access details worked, thank you.

I noticed that your website has 62 active plugins. Troubleshooting for a possible compatibility issue, when these many plugins are involved can be challenging, but in the browser's console, I've seen some errors which suggest that it has something to do with the 'nasa-core' plugin from the active theme and the 'Yoast SEO' plugin.

To troubleshoot this further, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need your permission to download the clone/snapshot of the website. This will help in investigating this on a different server, without affecting the actual website.

Tnx for your reply
I try to disable all plugins one by one ,
When I disable toolset ,problem solved
But when toolset is active we have timeout

#2307215

Thank you for sharing this update.

In that case, do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website, to investigate this on a different server?

#2307553

yes you can download anything but please be careful that my original site is lived and selling products are resumed

#2308493

Thank you for the permission.

I'm currently working on downloading the clone from your website and will share my findings, as soon as this troubleshooting concludes.

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for waiting.

Over the weekend, I tried a couple of different plugins to create and download a clone from your website, but due to the large size and your server's configuration, none of those attempts were successful.

Can you please get in touch with your hosting support and get the PHP values for "Upload max filesize" and "PHP post max size" increased to a higher value, for example, "10M"?

#2310265

Hi
I changed value
Please try again
Thanks

#2311257

It worked, thank you.

I've downloaded your website's clone using the Duplicator Pro plugin successfully and currently performing some tests on it, on my server.

Will share the findings, as soon as this testing completes.

Thank you for your patience.

Just wanted to let you know that I'm still working on this and will share the findings, within the next few hours.
