Problem:
I can't see my "custom field" box at single product edit page.
Solution:
It is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again

Hi,
I assume we are talking about "Product" post type of Woocommerce plugin, I have tried your settings in my localhost with a fresh wordpress installation, it works fine, see screeshot: product-field.JPG.
So the problem is abnormal, in case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again
