Hi, guys

I am trying to do what Dario is doing here
hidden link

but I can't see the side move controls of any of the blocks.

I have attached a screeshot.

What is the solution to this?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you elaborate more on your question, I am sorry to not understand very well what do you mean by the side move controls.
Can you take a screenshot or record a screencast that will demonstrate the issue?

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi,

When I use Blocks, I can't see the controls of the Block as Dario does in the video. The part circled with red in my screen shot.

That means that I can't drag the Block.

Thank you for your feedback. I do understand the issue better now.

It seems to me that this is probably a compatibility issue, triggered by another component(theme, plugin) on your website. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at the time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If this does not help, I might need to take a copy of your website for local debugging. Please let me know if that's ok with you.
