[Resolved] I can’t save any new content

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user is unable to save any WYSIWYG custom field.

Solution:
With the last version 3.4.14, we have an edge case that makes the WYSIWYG fields to be emptied if the post type has the Editor option disabled. Check this screenshot http://prntscr.com/1tqbg8p
As a workaround, we suggested to our user to enable the "Editor" option.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

I assume that you are using Types 3.4.12, right? Because we have an issue in 3.4.13 that makes the WYSIWYG fields to be emptied. And we fixed it on Types 3.4.14. This error is somehow caused by a change in WP 5.8.

With the last version 3.4.14, we have an edge case that makes the WYSIWYG fields to be emptied if the post type has the Editor option disabled. Check this screenshot hidden link

It seems that you are having a different error, the WYSIWYG field does not get saved. This smells like a compatibility issue. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If you are still encountering the same issue in a minimal setup(default theme+only Toolset), I'll need to take a copy of your website for further analysis. Would that be fine with you? If yes, your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. I'll install a plugin to take the copy. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
