Please elaborate the question with more details:
1) How do you setup the image? is it a custom image field created with Toolset Types plugin?
2) How do you display that image in your website page/post? with Toolset image block?
I have enabled the private message box, you can also provide your website credentials in it, also point out the problem page URL and image name, where I can see the problem. thanks
