Hello,

Are we talking about installing Toolset Types plugin in your website?
If it is, I suggest you check these:
1) Your webserver is satisfied with Toolset requirement
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

2) Install the Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

3) Also check if there is any PHP error in your website:

Yes I am trying to install the plug in on word press. I already downloaded the file but I cannot import it.

Do you get any PHP debug logs/error message? can you share it?
See the document I mentioned above:

Thanks for the details, but you did not provide the PHP debug logs.

And the problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure both of your websites(Original website + new target website) are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case there is any other compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme 2019 in both websites.

3) Follow our document to export/import Types setting file, and test again.
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/how-to-importexport-types-structures/

If you need more assistance for it, please provide both website credentials (Original website + new target website) in below private message box, I can try to get the PHP debug logs in your websites.
