Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset Types plugin, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) Follow our document to generate the Toolset Site key and test again:

https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

section "Automatic Installation (once you have Types plugin installed)"

Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

I checked the Types plugin version, and I am using the latest one: hidden link
I am creating this website from scratch, so not other PHP or Javascripts are there.

I tried switching to the WordPress default theme, it did not work.

Can you please generate a new Site key for me and then I will try it?

I think there is a misunderstanding, I can generate a site key for this time, but what can you do in the future? please try as I mentioned above, get the PHP debug logs:

I understand what you are saying. I am trying to get the error log and also trying to REgenerate the key.
Please guide me to this, do I need to first delete the registered website :hidden link
and then again register it for a new key ?

Yes, you are right, you can delete it, and generate new one.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
