[Resolved] I am not able to create view on my page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user was unable to create a blocks based view inside a page.

Solution:
It turns out that he have disabled the blocks editor in Toolset->Settings->General(tab)->Editing Experience. Check this screenshot http://prntscr.com/11mxcs9

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am just try to a toolset view to my page and wanted to show list of parts there... but you can see the screenshot. i am not able to option are not available there to create a new view

I am trying to create a big custom search form website in which i will be needing many filteration and search for buyers and sellers both. I choose the toolset so to make it easier but now i am struck in this. Can you please help me out.

Can you please paste your Toolset Debug information in the Debug information field? This will give me more information about your current site, such as if it is a multisite or not, themes and plugins, etc.

Are you using an administrator user or a different role user?
