Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've created a separate ticket for your question about the search view and will follow up on that separately.
( ref: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/split-search-view-with-the-select-fields/ )

For the CSV file error, can you please share the exact steps you followed, along with the error shown? It would also help if you could upload the example CSV file to some online server and share its link so that we can check its format too.

Note: The website's access details should be only shared through the dedicated access detail fields and not through the message content. This way the access details won't be publically available.

regards,
Waqar

Hi,

This is the link to the sample sheet:

The error it's giving is Data to import not set or not valid

Thank you for sharing the CSV file and its format seems to be correct.

However, I'm still not sure exactly which method or tool did you used for this import.

Are you using the WordPress default import feature or any third-party import plugin?

WordPress' own import feature won't work in this case, because there is no option to set/map which column from the CSV should be used for which field.

For this, you'll need a third-party CSV import plugin and we have detailed guides available on this topic at:
https://toolset.com/related-lesson/export-import/

If you face any challenge or error, let me know the exact steps and I'll be able to guide you further.
