How to wrap in html repeatable field (type = text)

I have a problem.

I have review post type on my site. This is one of example - hidden link

For this post type i created custom field "Минусы" (Minuses), this field repeatable hidden link and people can add one minus, or two, or seven etc.

But i dont understand, how can i influence on the elements of this field. At this moment on the front-end this field look like this - hidden link

I need each elements automatically wrap to html, for example - hidden link

It is posible?
