OK thanks I will go try that now. The other thing I'm having trouble figuring out how to do is to how to design the content template for my toolset custom post type using elementor. I started doing it the normal way in the normal editor and found it difficult to use the toolset designer. Now that I'm looking at the legacy editor, I'm confused there as well.

I found this article and went through all of the setup instructions and have it going - https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/ but I don't know how to apply the Elementor Page/Template to the Toolset custom post type so when I view a custom post, it displays the output using what I just designed.

Thank you so much for your help.

The other thing I'm having trouble figuring out how to do is to how to design the content template for my toolset custom post type using elementor.
We recommend you choose one of these options for best compatibility:
- Design a Toolset Content Template using the Block Editor (modern blocks-based method) and do not implement Elementor templates anywhere in that Content Template
- Design a Toolset Content Template using the legacy editor (older shortcode-based method) and do not implement Elementor templates anywhere in that Content Template
- Design an Elementor template using the Elementor builder and do not implement Toolset Content Templates in that Elementor design
We do not recommend using Elementor to design a Toolset Content Template, and we do not recommend using either template inside the other templating system, since those two systems have inherent conflicts.

I found this article and went through all of the setup instructions and have it going...but I don't know how to apply the Elementor Page/Template to the Toolset custom post type so when I view a custom post, it displays the output using what I just designed.
I'm not the best source of information about Elementor's templating system, but if I'm not mistaken you need Elementor's Theme Builder / Elementor Pro to create templates for custom post types. See this post: https://elementor.com/blog/wordpress-custom-post-types/
Displaying CPT Content in Single & Archive Templates
"...By utilizing Elementor’s Theme Builder, you can create Archive and Single Post templates for your Custom Post Types..."
If you have questions about that, I suggest reaching out to the Elementor support team to find out more about how to apply Elementor single and archive templates to custom post types.
