Hi Support Team - Thank you so much for responding so quickly. I have followed the instructions and successfully uploaded the module manager. The next step is to upload the messaging system. There appear to be two different sets of instructions.

When you have all the plugins in place start by importing Toolset Messaging Module using the main Toolset Export/Import menu.

To install Toolset’s communication system, you need to download Messaging System module and import it onto your site with Module Manager.
The Module Manager does not offer the Messaging module. I am not able to find the function to import the plugin using the module manager. So I imported the plugin using the Toolset Export/Import. There appears to be an error as I have highlighted in the screenshot. I am confident that I have installed the five toolset plugins. Please advise.

1) Install related Toolset plugins(Types + Blocks + Forms + Access + Module Manager) in a fresh WP installation
You can download them here:

2) Download "Messaging System module" in blow page:
https://toolset.com/2018/11/introducing-toolsets-communication-system-for-professional-listing-sites/
At the page bottom, click link download "Messaging System module"
3) Go to your own website:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Export / Import-> Modules
in section "Import Modules", choose the file of step 2), and import it
Then follow above document to setup your own Messaging System:
