I'm trying to create a table view from my CPT which I'm looking to use as a 'desktop' for a client to view Cases in a table format.
I can't for the life of my find a way of doing it automatically using the new blocks editor.
It was far more straightforward in Views, unless I'm missing something.

I have spent nearly an hour playing with the Blocks settings and can't find any tutorial for creating a table from a CPT using blocks, everything comes up as using Views which is now defunct I understand.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I need to be able to see whether this is going to work before committing any more time to the research of this project and this is taking me so long to try to find answers to simple things like this in the documentation.

I hope you can help.

My site is hidden link

Thanks

Hello,

Within Toolset Views block, there is an option "Grid" in "Loop Style", it works just like the table in front-end for desktop device, and responsive CSS for mobile device, but there isn't such an option for exact HTML table "Loop Style".

If you need exact HTML table "Loop Style", please try to setup a post view with classic editor.

You can try these:
1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings-> General, in section "Editing experience", enable option "Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build", save
2) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Views, create views with classic editor, and test again.
