How to correctly switch Genesis to Layouts?

I am trying to use Layouts + Toolset Genesis Integration instead of pure Genesis + Content template for pages.
When I switched to Layouts and used "Genesis site header row" + Genesis Menu, it did not take over the old styling of the Menu. Also responsivity of Header and footer does not work well.

I have tried it on 2 sites with the same content and every time it worked differently.

Do I have to make some other settings?
Do I have to assign some classes or IDs manually?

Dear Petr,

It is a compatibility problem, please check these in your website:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
2) make sure you have followed our document to setup the "Genesis site header row" + Genesis Menu:
