[Resolved] How to change Bootstrap variable values in Toolset Starter theme

I am trying to migrate to the Toolset Starter theme. If I want to customize the colors which are set by Bootstrap in the _variables.scss file which comes with the theme, how do I get the changes to take effect?

It is not recommend to change the original files of Bootstrap, I suggest you try other solutions in other website, for example:
