Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To send the email(s) on form submission, you'll need to include notification in the form, as explained in this guide:
https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1621521-1612093/

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar

Thanks for writing back.

Have you checked through any email logging plugin ( for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ ), whether email notification is not being sent or it is just that those emails are not being delivered to the assigned address?

I've also set your next reply as private so that you can share temporary admin login details. I can troubleshoot this by checking the notification settings.

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I've checked some form submission entries with my email address set in the notification, but, I couldn't receive an email notification either.

Some web hosts do not allow emails to be sent through them in which case, you'll need to use some SMTP email service provider:

Can you please get in touch with your hosting support team to see if they have placed any restrictions on the outgoing emails?
