Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Using Toolset Forms plugin - you can create:
- Post forms (for native or Custom post types using which you can add new or edit existing post)
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/front-end-forms-for-adding-content/
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/front-end-forms-for-editing-content/

- User Forms (To create a new user or edit existing user profile)
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-forms-for-registering-users/
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-forms-to-create-an-edit-your-profile-page/

- Post relationship form (To connect the posts)
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/front-end-relationship-forms-for-connecting-posts/

Based on the video you shared I'm not sure what content you want to display with what questions and those questions you are talking about belongs to what post type. In addition to that I'm not sure how exactly you stored the questions and how you structure your content.

I suggest you should try to follow the above guide that should help or share bit more detailed information about your current structure how you setup your content and its structure and how exactly you want to display it using Toolset form.

Hi Minesh,

I figured it out. The form was not set in the access plugin. SO I had to set it the edit own form. Now it is showing.

Cheers
