How can I transfer field from custom post type to taxonomy?

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure if its possible or logical.

The post custom field content is stored in postmeta database table and term custom field content is stored in termmeta database table.

Toolset do not offer any native feature to convert post custom fields to term custom fields.
