Dear Toolset Support,

I recently configured a "Search" view on my website's homepage: rotayo.com.

Although I am pleased with this functionality (and especially with Toolset’s capabilities), the homepage keeps loading since I dropped the "search view" on the homepage.
If you have a closer look, the page is actually fully loaded, but the loading icon (the turning circle for Chrome) keeps going for a couple of minutes.
I think there is a kind of loop that the browser keeps on running, which results in this eternal loading.
Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Thank you very much for your help. Toolset is a fantastic product!

With kind regards,
Gauthier

Hi Gauthier,

Thank you for contacting us and so glad that you're finding Toolset useful.

When the homepage keeps loading, do you see any error or warning, in the browser's console or in the server's error logs?

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how the homepage is set up in the admin area. Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access details.

During troubleshooting, I found the old domain's image URL, coming from the custom CSS code, added at WP Admin -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

I updated it to use the new domain and the issue of the extra loading time (due to that 'not found' image response) has been fixed.
