[Resolved] Hierarchical post types Rewrite Rule

Hi,
I have a website about events in italy, with many cities.
I would like to have a permalink structure like this:
I have custom post types and there is one (the parent one) named "cities".

I would like to prepend the name of the city (while post has one as parent) in the url

Something like this:

1. hidden link
2. hidden link
3. hidden link

The first events has rome as parent
The second one has florence
The third has no parents.
