[Resolved] Google Map positioning

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Is there any way to have the positioning of a google map in the back end reflected in the front end?

For example: our client is using a google map to show google street view. The default street view isn't necessarily correct though and they may want to adjust the position (move ie left, right, etc.).

Actually in the back end they can't see street view at all, it just shows a top down google map.

Is there any way for them to do this with toolset, or do we need to go back to embedding google maps manually?

Hello,

Yes, you can have the positioning of a google map marker manually in WordPress backend.

You just need to drag/drop the marker to where you want, it will generate the new Latitude + Longitude values automatically, see my screenshot markers5.JPG

No, there isn't such kind of built-in feature, but you can display it as street view in frontend, see our document:
