Issue: I'm having major issues with the formatting of Pages and Archive pages. This has only started after installing Toolset. Pages are not formatting properly and the archive page (when viewed in Safari) doesn't load the columns.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link (for Archive) and hidden link (for Pages).

I expected to see: The format I had designed.

Instead, I got: But instead, all formatting seems to have been removed and the design looks terrible.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

From the website's code, it seems that Siteground's optimization plugin is enabled on the website.

Can you temporarily disable all cache and optimization plugins to see if the issue with the formatting is fixed?

If fixed, you can add the disabled items one by one to narrow down the possible conflicting ones.

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message, for further troubleshooting.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi there, the problem is with certain Siteground Optimizer settings. I have had to turn these off in order for the pages to render properly. So far, the settings I have had to turn off include:
- Memcache
- Minify CSS Files
- Combine JavaScript Files
- Defer Render-blocking JavaScript
It would be useful to have these settings turned on, so perhaps you could update on whether a future update will look at fixing these issues.
Thanks!
James

Thank you for sharing this update James, and glad that the issue is narrowed down.

You don't have to turn off all these optimization features, and in most cases, only excluding certain Toolset plugin script files, should be enough.

We have more details on this topic along with the list of script files at:
