Hi!

I can't upload any files with a custom type "file upload" (screen1). Instead, WordPress saves my post and i'm not able to continue to edit my post (screen2).

If i try to add a file via "add media" (in the upper left screen of the editor), it works without a problem, so it's not a problem with permissions. (screen3+4)

It worked nice since last update (18.02.2016), so i'm inclined to think that there is a bug since last update.

Sincerely, Olivier

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This issue is new to us as it's not yet reported by other users and its really strange that you are not able to upload the files using types custom field. I will try to help you as fast and effective as possible,

Dear Minesh,

I cleared my browser's cache, flushed the CDN, disabled my theme and the plugins and the upload function works again.

I'm still trying to understand what and why it happened but i think we can without a problem mark this post as resolved. I guess it was a problem with some code that has no relation to wp-type.

Thank you very much for your time and very much appreciated help.

Sincerely, Olivier
