Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to utilize Fields and Views so I can include fields from Field groups into a page. But the Fields and Views button doesn't work. I only have Toolset plugins installed on this site, it is a test site where I am showcasing Toolset for my boss so I really need to get the full functionality running.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
Is there a similar example that we can see?
What is the link to your site?
Here is a screenshot of the button that isn't working. I am in the Divi Builder working on the ALL EMPLOYEES template.
Hello,
The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, there might be other compatibility/server issue in your website, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
1) I am using the latest version of Toolset plugins.
2) Switching to another theme would defeat the purpose. The issue is only happening in the Divi interface. Switching to another theme would not allow me to test whether the problem was resolved because that interface would be completely different.
3) I have found no errors on the site, PHP or JS, or otherwise.
When I click on the FIELDS AND VIEWS button nothing happens. When I click on the button right next to it, ADD MEDIA, it works perfectly well.
Since it is a compatibility issue, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URLs, I need to test and debug it in a live website, thanks

I am downloading the files, will update here if find anything
We do have some compatibility issue with DIVI theme, according to our document:
https://toolset.com/2020/01/how-to-build-advanced-sites-with-toolset-and-divi/
You should not mix Divi and Toolset elements on the same page, to avoid compatibility issues and make sure that what you build now will keep working in the future.
As a workaround, you can use the custom field shortcodes in the text module content directly, for example:
{!{types field='my-field'}!}{!{/types}!}
My issue is not resolved now. Divi and Toolset should work together and it's frustrating that they don't.
