Fatal error – Access/Controllers/UploadPermissions

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I need to know what to disable to work around this bug.

I expected to see: normal site. Instead, I got: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'OTGS\Toolset\Access\Controllers\UploadPermissions' not found in .../wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/models/capabilities.php:613

Apparently this is a known problem for non-admin users - https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-access-error-when-non-admins-log-in/ . I do not have an Enable Media plugin installed, just Types/Blocks/Forms/Access, so I can't just disable a plugin. What can I disable or patch to get my site working for now?

Update: I found the conflict. It's with Ultimate Member - ReCAPTCHA.
