Dev

Today our multi-site WP installation went into maintenance mode and stuck there. After freeing it up and investigating, we finally came across the message below from the apache/error.log. Site wp_2301 is hidden link. This site and the referrer in the log, hidden link, both have Toolset Types installed. It seems that the database update worked ok for profile.laps, but not for lpci.lab.

Any assistance in figuring out why this occured and how to avoid it as we try to get the remaining sub sites updated would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please try these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets

3) If the problem still persists, provide your database dump file of the problem website lpci.lab in below private message box, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL
