[Resolved] Expired post emails going to wrong users.

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

We recently had Land Listing post type expiring on #548 hidden link, and the auto respond email went to a user who is not an author on the post. It went to a user on post 540. The configurations on the forms for the email responses look fine.

There is a known issue in old version of Toolset form plugin:
https://toolset.com/download/toolset-cred/#changelog

But you are using Toolset form plugin version 2.0.2.2, which is outdated, please try to upgrade all Toolset plugins to the latest version, and test again, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
