Tell us what you are trying to do?

Hi, I have a gaming guilds website setup, where guilds have their own pages and you can search for them through the Toolset Views. The problem I have is that some guilds are no longer active and I want to exclude them from the view search results. I have a custom field named “Guild Status” with the select options of “Active” and “Not Active”. But I cant figure out how to exclude the “not active” in my view search results.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No

What is the link to your site?
I want to keep out of public view ATM. (See my profile for the site).

Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To suggest the best way to achieve this, I'll need to see how this custom field and the view(s) are set up in the admin area.

Can you please share the temporary admin login details, along with the link to an example view page?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the access details.

I've added the query filter for the custom field "Guild Status" in the view block's "Content Selection" tab so that only posts with the "Active" value are included.

Similarly, you can add a query filter for the active posts, in any other views that you're using too.
