[Resolved] Every time I save a layout it gives me this message:

This support ticket is created 7 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

How can I solve it?
Every time I save a layout it gives me this message:
"There was an error during the ajax request. Make sure the data you send is in json format."

¿Cómo puedo solucionar?
Cada vez que voy a guardar un layout me da este mensaje:
"Ocurrió un error durante la solicitud ajax. Asegúrese de que los datos que envía están en formato json."

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I see that you have quite a number of plugins installed, any of which could be causing this issue.

Would you mind temporarily disabling all your non-toolset plugins and try again to see if the error still remains ?

In effect, the error disappeared by disabling a plugin.
But working with Layout all the saved layouts disappeared, I can not see them in: hidden link
Please, can you check what happened? The rest of Toolset works.

Hi Jeorge,

This is a public forum please don't provide the credentials to the site unless asked as this will be a security issue.
What I would like for you to do is to re-submit the credentials in the private fields that will be enabled.

Proceeding we need to check why we are getting the blanks screens. Could you enable the wordpress debugging by going to the link below.

Hi Jorge,

It seems that the error 500 that is appearing isn't able to be printed out for us to see.

Could you contact your hosting provider and ask them to provide you with a copy of the php logs.

The error should show up here as well.

I have renamed via FTP to the plugin directories Layout and Customiser-layout and the site started to work.
Would it be nice to uninstall both plugins and reinstall them?

Hi Jorge,

This would help to restore the sites function but that still wouldn't help us to know what the problem was or what caused it.

The issue should show up in the PHP logs.

When I deactivate the Layout plugin by renaming it via FTP, it can be entered at the front end of the site.

I uninstalled Layout and then reinstalled it but the problem persists

I saw that "Duplicator" was installed

I noticed your layouts page is blank and even in the duplicator package as well.

Do you have any idea of what was the last thing that was done to the site before this issue was being noticed?
