Hello, the open_basedir restriction may indicate a problem finding the temporary upload directory, as explained here: http://www.agentwp.com/open_basedir-restriction-in-effect-error-in-w restordpress

Can you tell me if your site uses any image custom fields? If so, when you upload an image to this custom field, is it saved successfully in the media library?

Do you know if your site uses a custom upload path, or non-standard media library location? Is WP_TEMP_DIR defined in your wp-config.php file?

#2025445

Okay thank you, I do not see WP_TEMP_DIR defined in the config file.
- Are you able to save images in custom image fields successfully?
- Do those images appear in the Media Library, as expected?
- Are the images displayed properly when you add them in the post Content Template, or in a view of posts that contains this custom image field?
- Have you recently migrated this site from another server, or from a staging environment?

Our policy is to address one issue per ticket, to help keep the forum organized and make searching for answers easier, so I have split your question about Product Category archive width into a separate ticket https://toolset.com/forums/topic/product-category-archive-is-not-displayed-full-width/

Let's focus on the open_basedir restriction message in this ticket.

Thanks for understanding!
