Error parsing XML when importing

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I expected to see: A successful import

Instead, I got:

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, after checking debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version. You can download the latest plugins from:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

After update, if your issue still persists I need the xml file you are try to import. You can upload the file to any file sharing service and share the URL to download it and I will try to replicate the issue with my test install using your file.

Thanks for sharing the XML zip. I tried and even I'm not able to import the file. I will report this to our next level support.

We just released Types new version 2.2.20. Could you please try to update Types plugins to it's latest official released version and try to resolve your issue:
