Whenever I try to add or edit Content Templates, I get a "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions." error message(which seems to be a default WordPress error message).

We've been using Content Templates for quite some time and haven't ever gotten this error before.

Hmm, after looking into things, I think it may be a problem caused by a different plugin. The recent update for that plugin seems to be causing problems with some other plugins as well. I'm not sure if this is a Toolset problem.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Is this resolved or you require further assistance?

What if you enable the debug and check if you see any error related to Toolset with error_log file.

please enable debug logging on your server. Go in your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

Then add these lines, just after define('WP_DEBUG', true); line:

ini_set('log_errors',TRUE);
ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL);
ini_set('error_log', dirname(__FILE__) . '/error_log.txt');
ini_set('display_errors', 'Off');

You can try to refresh the page where you can see the problem then check the error_log file for logged errors.

The other plugin confirmed it was being caused by their new update, and they have since fixed it. The issue is no longer happening anymore. Thanks for all the help!
