Hello,

There should be some other PHP errors in your website, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP error in your website:

We have identified that Toolset is causing the issue. We took all plugins off, all themes off, turned on one by one, got to Toolset, white screen of death.

So, we tried to update it and got an Error Undefined - but we spun up a staging site to do the testing and I think the error in updating toolset is related to the fact that there isn't a URL attached for staging. Can you enable this for staging for us?

Staging URL is: hidden link

: hidden link

So the site works fine with other plugins turned on, just not Toolset. We'd like to try it with the latest version before we reach back out for help.

Sorry for the delay answer, I just come back from holidays.

In your staging website, you can upgrade Toolset plugins manually, and you can download them here:
