error in WP-types

This support ticket is created 2 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I am trying to edit a WordPress post but after loading the post the console gives the following error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined
at bundle.add_or_edit.js?ver=3.4.20:1:6688
The error refers to the following WP type file: wp-content/plugins/types/public/js/post/bundle.add_or_edit.js?ver=3.4.20
and the number of errors keeps counting.

However if i deactivate RankMath plugin there is no problem with loading the post. But the issue is not accoring to Rankmath developers due to Rankmath. But it looks like a conflict between the two plugins?
Hopefully you have an idea?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website with the 'Rank Math SEO' plugin but couldn't reproduce this error. Looks like something else is also involved here.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with an example post-edit link where the error can be seen?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
