Here are what I found:
1) I tried to import your database dump file into my localhost, but keep on getting the error:
Désolé, vous n’avez pas l’autorisation d’accéder à cette page.
2) I login your website, Dashborad-> Toolset-> Export / Import
Export all "Types", "CRED" and "Layouts" setting files into my localhost
3) create a page, and assign it with the layout "Layout page Ajout Materiel", test the page in front-end, it works fine, there isn't any JS error, see screenshot, error.JPG
And your website is using different Google reCAPTCHA API key from my localhost, I suggest you go to:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings-> Forms
re-install a new reCAPTCHA (V2) API key, and test again
