Hi im making a new content template on this site ( the first using the block editor) and when I save it I get the error above
"editor encountered an unexpected error"
Sometimes the content template is saved other times its not

Its a live site but i did install the health check and troubleshooting plugin and with only toolset running the error persists

None of the buttons in the error dialog (see image) produce any additional information - the attempt recovery button locks up the screen and i have to return to the dashboard to contine.

Could you suggest how i should go about resolving this issue.

Thanks

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share bit more details.
- Do you see it working when only Toolset plugins active (please try to disable all non-Toolset plugins)?
- What PHP version you are using, I would like to have debug information that will help us to debug and investigate your issue:

Based on the debug information you shared with me I can see you are using outdated Toolset plugins.

Could you please try to update ALL Toolset plugins to its latest official released version. You can download it with your account's Download page:

Ahh from the regular plugins page it says no updates are available- However when i check on the commercial plugins tab I see they are behind. However when i try and update from that page
/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial
I get the error plugin installation failed.

Can i just delete the folders via ftp and reupload current versions?

Yes - that's correct.

I suggest you should update ALL Toolset plugins manually for now.
- Deactivate and Delete all Toolset plugins from plugins page
- Download ALL the latest Toolset plugins you require from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload and activate first Types plugin and then you are free to install and activate all other Toolset plugins.
