[Resolved] Edit content template empty screen for an existing template which was upgraded

This support ticket is created 7 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to edit an existing content template which was working in wp-types plugin but after switching over to types plugin, the content template editing is empty but the content template still working on my site

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: edit content template data

Instead, I got: empty edit content template data

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This is abnormal behavior and I do not see this issue on my test install. This looks like issue is specifically related to your install where there is conflict with theme or plugin. Though, to ensure it:

1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

2)
Could you please activate WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file and send me possible errors for review.
