[Closed] E-Mail notification for submitting Post Form is not working as expected

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
Sending a notification after submitting a form.

I expected to see:
An Email notification after each submitting.

Instead, I got:
Only One email notification after updating the Post Form, and other submitting No email arrived!

what make this unexpected is:
The notification I did for Editing the form is work JUST FINE all mails arrived, but the notification for submitting the form is NOT!
and they have the same settings!

Extra information:
- I install the plug-in WP MAIL LOGGING to track email log, and all mails sent successfully! but not all mails delivered! not in Inbox or even spam or junk. I set 2 mail address to receive the mails, one is Gmail.com and the other is MFAFUJI.com, and non of these receive all the mails.

- I am using WP Mail SMTP plug-in using Google/ Gmail Mailer.

I am looking forward to solving this issue.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this form and email notifications are set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the exact steps to see the issue?

I am Sorry I had to re-Open the website now, I am going to delete the user information that I assignee for you.

I'll be available to work on this troubleshooting for the next 8 hours today.

You can enable the website for the next 12 hours if possible. Also, I'll need your permission to download the clone/snapshot of the website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.
