I am trying to: Show a Post Title, a Single Line of text (Tag Line) and an Image on top of a Gutenberg Cover with a dynamic background image.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
The design from the template

Instead, I got: Only the Cover

Please see the attached Images. The wp-block-cover__inner-container, where the content should be is empty.
Furthermore there is a screenshot how it look in the Template Editor and How it looks live.
