dynamic galleries and sliders for templates issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I add an image slider and using the dynamic galleries for a content template, refer to the screenshot, I set the columns number to 8 for the desktop view from slider setting, my post has only 3 photos, not sure whether it is too few photos and the slider duplicate the thumbnail

Thanks for the details, it is expected result, since Toolset Image Slider block needs to use existed items to fill all columns, so conducts the problem you mentioned above.

But I do think it make confusion, if you agree, I can escalate it as usability issue.

Thanks for your reply but I think it is not user friendly as not all post must contain same and more image as gallery. What is your recommendation I use the slider block
