[Closed] Duplicate notification emails sent after user form submitted

I am trying to:

Send an email notification to the user who submits a frontend user form

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

When signing up as an Applicant, I expect to receive a single email with the dynamically generated password so the new user can log in and update their password - this part is working correctly.

Instead, I got:

In non-gmail email applications, the email I receive shows the correct email address in the "to" field twice instead of just once.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL and form URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
